Grand Forks Hosts Public Meeting on Northern Red River Flood Study
What happened
The North Dakota Department of Transportation is leading a planning-level flood study into the Northern Red River Flood Study. This study aims to identify and prioritize feasible alternatives that reduce the frequency and duration of interstate and state highway closures caused by Red River flooding. A public input meeting regarding the study will be held in Grand Forks on October 1 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Alerus Center, room 12.
