Global MRO Network Established for Trent 1000 Engines

HAECO has launched a modular replacement service for Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engines through its global engine support business. This service is available at facilities in London, Amsterdam, Dallas, and Hong Kong. The London facility is one of only four sites worldwide authorized to perform these modular replacements on the Trent 1000, which is one of the two engine options for the Boeing 787.

The service involves replacing the engine’s Module 32 intermediate-pressure compressor and Module 41 high-pressure compressor using a horizontal strip method. This capability represents a major milestone in the partnership between HAECO and Rolls-Royce, aimed at optimizing capacity across the global aftermarket network.
