What happened
Rekha Gupta stated that the Barapullah Elevated Road Phase-III corridor is ready for public use. The 3.5-km, four-lane elevated road connects Mayur Vihar Phase-I in East Delhi to Sarai Kale Khan. The project, which has been inspected by Gupta, is scheduled to be inaugurated by Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah on September 29. The construction cost was estimated at around Rs 1,635 crore.
