Annex Group begins $93.7 million affordable housing project in Fargo

Construction began on Central at the Horizon, a 262-unit apartment complex valued at $93.7 million, in downtown Fargo. The project, which provides affordable housing, is located on a site previously used by a gasification plant that contaminated the soil and groundwater.

The project represents a significant investment in the city of Fargo and is intended to provide affordable housing options downtown. The complex is slated to open in early 2028.
