What happened

Why it matters
The move reflects growing optimism in the future of Calgary’s downtown office sector. It also reflects a society-wide shift back toward an in-office corporate culture. Avison Young configured the new headquarters to be flexible for hybrid work, including various amenities.
Imperial Oil sold the Quarry Park Campus, which is located in Calgary. Avison Young also reports on the office market in the city.
