Oman-backed bank launches investment platform in Luanda, Angola
What happened
African Bank of Oman signed a financing and investment cooperation agreement with Angola’s Special Economic Zone Luanda-Bengo. This agreement establishes a framework for the bank to help structure and finance industrial and other investment projects within the economic zone. The partnership was highlighted following a visit by Angolan President João Lourenço and Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.
