Tricounty Rural Electric Cooperative Reports on Financial Health and Infrastructure…

Tricounty Rural Electric Cooperative held its 89th annual meeting virtually last week, where board election results were announced for two districts. The cooperative reported that $744,847 was invested in the utility plant, including the Maroe Substation and line upgrades. Furthermore, nearly $823,000 was returned to current and previous members through capital credits and estate payments.

The cooperative detailed its financial health and operational investments in its infrastructure. The returns to members reflect the co-op's financial stability and operational management since 1950.
