Fermi Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Fermi Services LLC, has signed a management agreement with CBRE, the commercial real estate services firm. CBRE will serve as the exclusive operations and maintenance provider for one of Fermi's data centers in the Texas Panhandle. This contract is for five years from the day the facility is ready for service and can be renewed in five-year terms.
