What happened
The U.S. Postal Service is searching for existing properties in Ocean View as it reevaluates its plans to rebuild the Ocean View Post Office. New engineering concerns prompted USPS to reconsider its original plan for a full rebuild, and the agency is now determining if leasing another location is preferable. The congressional delegation, including Chris Coons and Sarah McBride, requested a clear timeline and a permanent solution from USPS.
