Green Hydrogen Production Begins at Port of Antwerp-Bruges
What happened
Power to Hydrogen began commercial green hydrogen production at the NextGen District of the Port of Antwerp-Bruges. The 500 kW system, built from anion exchange membrane (AEM) electrolyzer stacks, is set to produce up to 70 tonnes of green hydrogen per year. This hydrogen will be supplied to regional gas supplier Holthausen and other customers for use in mobility and industrial applications.
