What happened
ICANN published applications for its next expansion of Internet domain names on October 7. Innovation Service Limited, a Seychelles company controlled by Heng Lu, submitted 10 of the 16 applications from Africa. This single company accounts for 62.5% of the regional submissions, and Innovation Service declared its incorporation in Seychelles as an International Business Company.
