Mara Thyutlia Py decided to lift its indefinite trade embargo at unregulated border trade points with Myanmar’s southern Chin state and Rakhine state starting Thursday. This decision followed talks between MTP leaders and the United League of Arakan. The ULA and its armed wing, the Arakan Army, expressed regret over a September 14 incident at Khaikhy village.
