Mariana Agathoklis Schlock joins Zayo as Executive Vice President

Zayo announced the appointment of Mariana Agathoklis Schlock as its first Executive Vice President, Chief Communications & Marketing Officer, reporting to CEO Sowmyanarayan Sampath. She joins Zayo to enhance the company's brand and commercial visibility as the AI economy rapidly expands. Schlock previously spent nearly nine years at Verizon, including serving as Head of Communications for Verizon Consumer.

The move is intended to strengthen Zayo's market presence and commercial visibility in response to rapidly growing global infrastructure demands driven by the AI economy. Her role will lead Zayo's integrated communications, marketing, and ESG functions, influencing how the company engages with customers and investors.
