What happened
Rapid KL has begun installing platform safety barriers at LRT stations along the Kelana Jaya and Ampang/Sri Petaling lines to strengthen passenger safety. The initiative started on August 1, with Putra Heights Station selected as the initial site for testing the installation methods and operational aspects. As of September 26, the installation at Putra Heights had reached 85% completion since its commencement.
