Hunger relief leaders met in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, to discuss rising food insecurity across west-central Wisconsin. According to regional data presented during the gathering, first-time unduplicated visits to food programs supported by Feed My People surged from fewer than 70,000 in 2022 to over 100,000 in 2025 across its 14-county service area. In the last three months, the food bank distributed 24% more food than the same period last year.
