The agreement allows citizens of both Seychelles and Tajikistan to enter the other country for short stays without visa requirements, provided they hold valid diplomatic, service, official, or ordinary passports. Each visit may last up to 30 days, with a cumulative stay not exceeding 90 days within a calendar year.
