TeraWulf secures 20-year lease for 401 MW in Kentucky
What happened
TeraWulf entered a 20-year lease agreement with Anthropic, covering approximately 401 MW of critical IT capacity at its Justified campus in Kentucky. The company also reported that 102 MW of Lake Mariner's IT capacity was online following the delivery of CB-3 in early July. TeraWulf expects construction costs for critical IT MW to range between $8 million and $10 million.
