US Delivers AAV-7A1 Amphibious Vehicles to Indonesia
What happened
The United States has begun the delivery of AAV-7A1 amphibious vehicles to Indonesia. The first shipment, consisting of approximately 10 units, was unloaded at a port in Indonesia. The vehicles are equipped with the Enhanced Applique Armor Kit and the Up-Gunned Weapons Station. Indonesia had previously signed an agreement with the United States to receive approximately 35 of these armored amphibious vehicles.
