Turkmenistan Approves Long-Term Industrial Strategy and International Law Concepts

On September 1, 2026, a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan was held in Ashgabat. The body, which included government officials and heads of various agencies, approved several key state programs and strategies. These approvals included the National Strategy for Industrial Development of Turkmenistan for 2030–2045, which establishes long-term guidelines for economic planning, and the National Concept on International Law and the Neutrality of Turkmenistan.
