Yoda Plc adds 24.675 million shares to Cyprus Stock Exchange

Yoda Plc announced it will add 24.675 million shares to the Cyprus Stock Exchange’s Emerging Companies Market. Trading in these additional shares is scheduled to begin on October 12, 2026. The shares, which have a nominal value of €0.50 each, resulted from the conversion of Equity Incentive Rights A and B, and will be incorporated into Yoda Plc’s existing listed share capital, raising the total issued share capital to 2,422,351,419 shares.
